I first met Jen 12 weeks after giving birth when I attended one of her baby bootcamp sessions, I was unhappy with my post pregnancy body and my usual diet and gym sessions.┬áThese consisted of “pounding the treadmill and eating very little” and weren’t achieving any results, so I decided to try something new, it’s the best decision I ever made!!

My daughter is now 8 months old and I can honestly say I’ve never been this physically fit and healthy. I’ve achieved this with the support and encouragement of Jen and by following my personalised nutrition plan and attending baby bootcamp sessions, my little lady loves it just as much as me!!

These classes are amazing for new mums trying to get back in shape, and Jens is a natural with the kids. I never thought I would be able to eat 5 meals a day and still see my body transform, becoming more lean and toned. My previous philosophy of eating very little too lose weight has now changed, Jen’s helped me to realise that nutrition is key, you need to fuel your body with the right foods continually, train hard and you will see results.

Without Jen’s support and encouragement to push myself further during training, I would not feel the way I do about myself today. I would highly recommend Jen as a personal coach, she knows how to achieve results for her clients. Xx
